Why we started YINZ MKT
YINZ MARKETING didn't start as a marketing agency. It started as a content company — the team behind the reels, the captions, the endless chase for the algorithm on behalf of local businesses across Pittsburgh.
Then the same question kept landing on our desk, month after month: "This looks great... but where's the money?" Views were up. Likes were up. Comments were up. And the owner across the table still couldn't tell us if any of it put a single dollar in the register.
That's when it clicked. Vanity metrics were never built to answer that question — there's no line connecting a "like" to a sale, and there never will be. So we tore up the content calendar and built something that could actually answer it: a system engineered for one output — revenue you can point to, dollar for dollar.
Then we priced it the way we'd want to be priced if we were sitting in the client's chair: we only win when they've already won. No retainer holding a business hostage for a "maybe." Just an offer that's genuinely hard to say no to, because the risk sits on our side of the table — not theirs. That's not a slogan.
